Consulting History: 

Served on web development teams for some of the largest banks, law firms, and tech companies (including Bank of America, Sidley Austin, Yahoo and IBM).

Was also country manager and manufacturer’s rep for several software and hardware companies, essentially serving as general manager in charge of distribution, online presence, marketing, and sales.

Current clients are mostly small and mid-sized businesses. Clients include crypto startups, W3 blockchain, online shops, health and wellness clinics, artists, wineries, craft breweries.

ROLES: For High Net-Worth Crypto Investors, helping develop a business roadmap and investment strategy in the crypto space. NOTE: Performed similar role for Bank of America several years earlier.

WINE IMPORTER/WINE & BEER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT — 2010-2022

ROLE: Imported wine from Europe and sold to Ontario restaurants and retailers. Concurrently acted as consultant for Viewpointe Winery, Harrow, ON; Railway City Brewing, St. Thomas, ON; Barnstormer Brewing, Barrie, ON
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Improved business and distribution performance from zero to substantial growth percentages for each company. Example: for Barnstormer, guided them in the placement of their beer into 187 stores across Ontario.

DESTINY SOFTWARE

ROLE: First branch manager and client relationship manager with 3 banks.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Started & developed first branch sales office in Chicago for Destiny, based in Philadelphia. CLIENTS INCLUDED Northern Trust, ABN AMRO Bank, and Bank of America. Wrote Bank of America technology roadmap (a $100,000 document). The roadmap was implemented thus helping the Bank maintain their technical position of leadership.

DELL COMPUTER

ROLE: Dealer Channel Manager.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Started & developed first dealer channel for Dell. Prior to this the company was direct-sales only. Sales grew from 0 to $4 Million the 1st year.

BROADCOM/SYMANTEC SOFTWARE; TORONTO, ON —

Founded the first International office for this California-based software company.
ROLE: Country Manager, Canada.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Grew business efficiencies of not only the Canadian arm but also the California head office. Helped them create an effective coast-to-coast dealer network.
